The Gettysburg College Choir and Camerata will give a free concert on Sunday, March 8, at 7 pm, at Newtown Congregational Church. Freewill donations will benefit local food pantries.

The Society of Creative Arts of Newtown will host Frank Bruckmann on Wednesday, March 11, for an evening demonstration of painting with oils.

The next meeting of the Genealogy Club of Newtown is scheduled for Wednesday, March 11, at C.H. Booth Library.

Brookfield Craft Center will present its fifth annual Juried High School Student Art Exhibition next month, showcasing artworks by students from five local high schools. At least one Newtown student artist will be represented in the exhibition, according to the gallery.

The Society of Creative Arts of Newtown (SCAN) will be holding four workshops this spring. They will launch on March 21 with "Watercolor Techniques," led bny Bivenne Harvey Staiger.
