The Edmond Town Hall Board of Managers has announced a special offering for the ETH Theatre this holiday weekend: two days of Elf screenings.Elf stars Will Ferrell as Buddy. It also features James Caan, Bob Newhart, Zooey Deschanel, Mary Steenburgen, Peter Dinklage, and Ed Asner. It is rated PG and has a running time of 1 hour, 37 minutes.

Released in 2003, the fantasy-romance tells the story of Buddy the Elf, who was accidentally transported to the North Pole as a toddler and raised to adulthood among Santa's elves.

Unable to shake the feeling that he doesn't fit in, the adult Buddy travels to New York, in full elf uniform, in search of his real father.

It will be screened at Edmond Town Hall, 45 Main Street, on Friday, December 22, at 7 and 9:10 pm; and then on Saturday, December 23, at 1, 4, 7 and 9:10 pm.

Tickets are $3 each.
