To the Editor:

I write to urge Third District residents to vote for Rance Thompson for Legislative Council.

I've known Rance for close to 20 years. He's a successful local businessman and has a good business sense. He's been an active participant in charitable and community endeavors over the years. He has a young family and is consequently particularly interested in the quality of our schools.

Finally, I'm impressed that he's been following local politics for some time but waited until the time was right for him to become involved and he could devote proper attention to the office. He will represent the Third District well; please afford him that opportunity by casting your vote for him.
