Summer Expo For Special Needs Families

TRUMBULL — An educational expo of summer options for children with special needs will be held at the Family Program Center at Lakewood-Trumbull YMCA, 20 Trefoil Drive, Saturday, April 25.

The event will run from 1 to 4 pm and will include information about summer programs and services for children pre-K to age 12 as well as for adults with special needs. Informational packets will be available for overnight camp opportunities, adult travel and vacation programs, and day camps.

This free event is open to the public and is sponsored by Trumbull Parents of Students with Learning Differences (TPSLD), The Kennedy Center and the Lakewood-Trumbull YMCA.

Representatives from Music and Arts Center for Humanity, Camp Horizon, Lakewood-Trumbull YMCA, The Kennedy Center and Search Beyond Adventures, among others, will have displays.
