Suhoza Joins

Coldwell Banker Bob Tendler

Bob Tendler, manager of Coldwell Banker, Bob Tendler Real Estate, 17 Church Hill Road, announces that Kathy Suhoza has joined the sales team as an associate realtor.

For the past five years, Ms Suhoza held the position of field technician to the assessor for Newtown. She holds her CCMA II as a Certified Connecticut Municipal Assessor. Her certification brings her knowledge in valuation and appraisal of residential and commercial properties. She has personal experience with 1,031 exchanges.

For 13 years, Ms Suhoza and her husband Keith have lived in the Newtown borough with their two children, Scott, 16, and Stephanie, 12, and their yellow lab, Scout. During these years, she has been involved with her children’s schooling as well as their lacrosse, basketball, and baseball activities.

“Newtown is a great community. It has a lot to offer. I am proud to be a part of it.” Ms Suhoza said. “I want to help others fulfill their dreams.” Ms Suhoza looks forward to working with her friends, neighbors, and customers.
