To the Editor:
Hunters Ridge development will have a negative impact on the community. The proposed four-story apartment house and commercial space is not in the best interest of our town.
Walnut Tree Hill Road is a narrow, winding road that cannot accommodate the amount of traffic that this development will generate.
The size of the development is based on the size of the parcel when in fact only half of the land is usable with the other portion is wet lands. A four-story apartment house does not fit into the character of the neighborhood.
