Newtown police said they are seeking any witnesses to a fatal January motorcycle accident, or any people with knowledge of that accident, in their continuing probe into the incident.At about 3 pm, on Thursday, January 19, motorcyclist Michael Defusco, 42, of Southbury was killed in a collision while riding a 2011 Harley-Davidson Street Glide westward on Mt Pleasant Road, near its intersection with Reservoir Road. The motorcycle traveled off the roadway and struck some flex-beam metallic guardrailing, throwing Mr Defusco from the vehicle.

Police said they have conducted many interviews in their probe of the accident, but are seeking anyone with knowledge of the incident with whom they have not spoken.
