Take Better Pictures by Knowing Your Camera — A two-class course starting on September 15 for $49.
The course will teach what the buttons on a camera do and how to use them to take better photos. Students are asked to bring a DSLR or point and shoot camera and manual to class.
What Are You Eating? — A one-time class being offered on September 15 for $29.
The course will teach how food impacts health, how to clean up a diet, and how to make healthier food choices. Coursegoers will also learn about what foods are good and what foods should be avoided.
Why Am I Gaining Weight? — A one-time class being offered on September 16 for $29.
The course will explain lifestyle modifications to help the coursegoer lose weight safely and in a healthy way.
Cooking for Your Health — A four-class course starting on September 15 for $120.
This interactive course will be composed of cooking demos focusing on practical applications and the integration of nutrition for a healthy lifestyle.
Beautiful Bellies — An eight-class course starting on September 15 for $79.
Coursegoers will strengthen their core and sculpt their trunk, arms, and legs while learning the basics of Middle-Eastern belly dance. Beautiful hip scarves will be provided, and attendees are encouraged to wear workout clothes and bring 2-3-pound weights.
Yoga Stretch With Missy — A choice of a six-class course for $69 or a 12-class course for $120, both starting on September 16.
Coursegoers will unwind from a stress-filled day with a relaxing evening of yoga. They will also learn to transform from tense and tight to mellow and limber. This yoga practice is designed to lengthen and stretch breath. Coursegoers should wear sweatpants and bring an exercise/yoga mat. Yoga straps and yoga blocks are optional.
