Laura Lee Kulp Trester, 59, of Danbury died July 15 at Danbury Hospital, surrounded by her family. She was the widow of Mark David Trester. She was born March 30, 1958, in Danbury.

Her sister, Susan Mathews and her husband Jeff of Newtown; her mother, Else Pettit of Danbury; her son, Mark D. Trester, Jr, of Bethel; her daughter, Jessica Trester of Danbury; her grandson, Mark D. Trester III; and a niece and nephew survive her.

Ms Trester was employed by Berkshire Refrigeration as an office administrator. She enjoyed needlework, such as knitting, and spending time with her loved ones.

The family will receive friends in the Bethel Funeral Home, 215 Greenwood Avenue, Bethel, on Thursday, July 20, from 5 to 8 pm and Friday, July 21, from 11 am to 1 pm.

A graveside service will be conducted in St Peter Cemetery, Danbury, on Friday, July 21, at 1:30 pm.
