'Into The Woods Jr' Staged At NMS For Local Seniors

Before the Newtown Middle School Drama Club staged its Into The Woods Jr production March 3 to 5, cast and crew performed for local senior citizens on Thursday, March 2.The Newtown Bee's .weekly photo gallery for March 10, 2017, online at photos.newtownbee.com
Tea and snacks were also provided in the school's cafeteria before the March 2 performance. NMS parents and volunteers donated and provided the food, and parent Brenda Soriano organized the donations.
The musical was then staged for the community Friday, March 3, to Sunday, March 5. The production's director was NMS teacher Andrew Tammero and parent volunteer Twyla Hafermann co-directed.
