A Newtown High School student is hoping Newtown dog owners will share photos of their pet for dog-themed wall calendars, the proceeds from which will benefit Newtown Animal Control.
The Newtown High School Marching Band & Guard scored 80.5 in a Group Two Open competition at New Milford High School on September 24, earning the first-place score.

We have been doing the planning work. The State of Connecticut mandates every municipality to develop an affordable housing plan under C.G.S. §8-30j by June 1, 2022, to specify how they “intend to increase the number of affordable housing developments in the municipality.”
