Once upon a time a young boy named Christopher (Tilston) asked his distant father, the playwright and journalist Alan A. Milne (Gleeson), to write a book just for him. The result was the charming tale of a honey-loving bear and his fellow creatures who inhabited Hundred Acre Wood. That book and those that followed became international best-sellers, but fame came at a price to the Milne family, as revealed in this bittersweet and emotional historic drama based on the lives of the man who created Winnie-the-Pooh and his family.ÃÂ
