Rubber ducks will “dive” into Pootatuck River from Church Hill Road at 2:30, first 20 across finish line will win prizes for ticket holders, also ongoing live entertainment including live dance and local musicians, low-cost duck-themed souvenirs, booths featuring local clubs, organizations, et al, presented by and a major fundraiser for Newtown Lions Club charitable outreach; newtownlions.org.
