Free event for all ages, with competitions in Biggest Hug (11 am), Speed hugging (11:30 am), Most Dedicated Hug (noon) and Freestyle Hugs (12:30), participants must compete in all categories to be eligible for awards, ceremony at 1 pm, guided tree walk at 1:15; facebook.com/newtownforestassociation.
