On Wednesday, June 20, at 6:30 pm, C.H. Booth Library, 25 Main Street, will host John P. DeLutio, a/k/a "The Cheese Man," who will give a presentation about the history, science, and culture of fine cheese.chboothlibrary.org.

Mr DeLutio is deeply knowledgeable and passionate about cheese and will share anecdotes and facts about cheese production, a historical overview about the discovery and development of cheese, the different types and flavor profiles, and the pros and cons of pasteurization.

Program attendees will be invited to sample a variety of artisanal cheeses after the lecture with suitable pairings, and wine.
