The Newtown Soccer Club will once again host the Major League Soccer (MLS) camp from Monday, July 30, through Friday, August 3, at the Newtown Middle School.

There will be camps for players ages 5 to 12 (9 am to 12 noon each day, $84) and players ages 9 to 18 (5 to 8 pm each day, $120), as well as goalkeeping training. Each camper will receive an individual player evaluation, a Lego gift, a soccer ball, a T-shirt, and a free companion ticket to an MLS game.

Parents and coaches may also attend a free MLS coaching clinic during the week.

A team of international coaches, specifically trained and qualified in coaching soccer to children, will provide MLS campers with expert soccer instruction. The week-long expeirence will feature fun, innovative and exciting soccer games developed exclusively through MLS Camp’s Kidriculum©.
