Hannah Tenenbaum scored 15 points and Rose Jackman added 13 more to lead Aqua Team to a 36-20 win over Paul Anka in Senior Girls Basketball League action last week. Jen Brill and Casey McManus played well for Aqua. For Anka, Kate Kirrane and Meagan Kelley had solid performances.

Katie Schmidt popped in 16 points to lead the Blue Bengals to a 35-32 win over The Shock. Kelly Sullivan dished off six assists and Katie McNulty had three steals. For The Shock, Kristene Salbu popped in 12 points as Laura Newberry had 10 assists and Lauren Picerno had 10 steals.

Melissa Mason canned 12 points and Tyler Nicoll added 10 more to lead Team Solid to a 45-22 win over the Cornhuskers. Amy Kelley was strong off the glass, Kaity Herwig sparked the defense with 10 steals, and Kara Colacurcio aided the offense with seven assists. For the ‘Huskers, Liz LaPerch had nine points while Megan Hansen (four assists), Rachel Marlin (three steals) and Erin Nemeth (nine rebounds) had strong floor games.
