Mr Proctor’s practice includes commercial real estate finance and the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of commercial property. He regularly represents banks, hospitals, developers, investors. and businesses in all aspects of commercial real estate and real estate finance. 

James T. “Tim” Shearin, a resident of Newtown, is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and chair of the litigation practice, which serves a large client base ranging from large corporations and major financial institutions to individuals and small businesses.  Mr Shearin “is praised for his preparation and powers of persuasion,” the Chambers guide notes. “Clients report that, regardless of the complexity of a case, he never loses sight of their objectives.” 

Mr Shearin has wide-ranging experience in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels, and before arbitration and mediation boards.
