Rah, Rah! Cheer Squads Win At Youth Competition

Five Newtown cheerleading teams competed at the 2nd Annual Colonial Youth League Cheer competition at New Milford High School on October 20. Among them, three placed first and two were second. They all advanced to state and regional competitions. Each performed a demanding routine with enthusiasm, and pride.
