Fall Registration At NVCC

WATERBURY — Open registration for the fall semester at Naugatuck Valley Community College begins August 9. The upcoming semester offers courses for students working toward an associate’s degree or certificate, or those who are interested in developing new skills or earning transfer credits. Classes begin August 26.

Walk-in registrations for new and returning students will be accepted August 9–25. Returning students may also register by mail, fax, or online. Late registrations will be accepted August 26–September 2. Area residents age 62 and above are eligible to receive free tuition for classes with available seats.

Naugatuck Valley offers more than 100 associate degree and credit certificate programs, including accounting, automotive technician, aviation science, business management, computer information systems technology, criminal justice, digital arts technology, early childhood education, engineering technology, environmental science, fine arts, fire technology and administration, food service management, horticulture, hospitality management, human services, legal assistant/paralegal, liberal arts and sciences, marketing, mathematics and science, nursing, physical therapist assistant, radiologic technology and respiratory care.
