Reducing Stress At Home And Office
On May 18, the Family Counseling Center, in partnership with The Taunton Press, is presenting a workshop for Newtown employees as part of an educational series called Learn@Lunch. The program is open to any person working in Newtown.
The inaugural presentation will be on âReducing Stress at Home and Officeâ and will focus on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle with advice on proper nutrition, exercise, relaxation techniques, managing and resolving work conflicts, healthy assertiveness, and that all-important positive attitude.

Learn@Lunch is designed to give employees an opportunity to relieve areas of stress on the job as well as in their personal and family life.
