Joyce M. Hull

Joyce M (Holden) Hull, 72, of Hillsboro, N.H., died April 22 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H.

Born in Bridgeport, before moving to Hillsboro nine years ago, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Helen (Oliver) Holden. Also predeceased by a sister, Doris Truncome.

She was a graduate of Harding High School, Class of 1949, in Bridgeport. She worked for Dupont Company in Life Supply Department in Newtown, and retired in 1992. She was a member of Newtown Congregational Church.

Survived by her husband of 53 years, Donald M. Hull, of Hillsboro, N.H.; two sons, Edward C. Hull of Derby and Donald M. Hull Jr of Shelton; one daughter, Helen J. (Hull) Sperry of Waterbury; eight grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service was held April 24 in the Holt-Woodbury Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Hillsboro, N.H. The Rev Paul Gaylord, pastor of Hillsboro Baptist Church, officiated.

Burial was at the convenience of the family.
