Shows Support For Park & Rec

To the Editor:

The budget hearing for the Parks and Recreation department is this Monday, February 7, 7:30 pm at Booth Library.

I urge all Newtown residents to come to the meeting and show their support for the Parks and Recreation department, before another million dollars is cut from their budget. The future of our children’s recreational activities depends on a decent budget being passed.
