Vandals Will Be Prosecuted

To the Editor:

This is for the kids who knocked over our mailbox, and burglarized our car twice in the past two weeks: The first time you caught us off guard. This weekend we were waiting for you. Did you know you were set up? We saw you park on White Oak Farm Road. We saw you brazenly walk down our driveway and steal from our car. We saw you spin your wheels out as you drove away past 1:00 am Monday morning. We saw you knock down our mailbox. We saw you hit our neighbor’s mailbox across the street. Now we know who you are and the neighborhood will be on watch for you. We’re giving you a second chance because we know you’re just kids out for a thrill. However, next time you will be caught on surveillance camera and be prosecuted.

Please don’t start your life out on the wrong foot. Channel your aggressive energies into something more productive. We know you can do it.
