Halloween Spooktacular: Benefit For Healing The Children Northeast

NEW MILFORD — Join Healing the Children Northeast for a hauntingly good time on Saturday, October 30, from 7 pm to midnight.

The evening’s festivities, to take place at North Country Inn, will include a silent auction, raffle, music, food and beverages. Costumes are strongly encouraged, and prizes will be awarded for Best Couple, Scariest, Most Creative and Funniest outfits.

Cost is $30 for singles, $50 for couples, which includes all food and one adult beverage. A cash bar will be available.

Healing the Children Northeast, Inc, based in New Milford, is a nonprofit organization that arranges donated medical, surgical, and dental services for children in the United States and from abroad. Since 1985, medical professional volunteers have treated more than 33,000 children.

“Our volunteers provide life-altering treatments that transform the lives of children and their families. Children are able to jump higher, smile brighter, and run faster because of our volunteers,” said Dana Buffin, executive director of Healing the Children Northeast.

North Country Inn & Restaurant is at 329 Kent Road. For more information, visit htcne.org or call 860-355-1828.
