DUI Charge

Police report that motorist Ashley E. Nejaime, 22, of Torrington was driving a 1996 Subaru Legacy on South Main Street about 11 pm June 10, when she made a restricted turn, so they stopped her to investigate.

After investigating, police charged Nejaime with driving under the influence and with making a restricted turn.

 Police released Nejaime from custody on $150 bail for a June 25 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.

Fast Driving

Police said they stopped motorist Mark Razee, 22, of Southbury, who was driving a 1996 Audi A-4 southward on Toddy Hill Road near Clearview Drive about 10 pm June 11, for exceeding the speed limit.

After investigating, police charged Razee with traveling too fast and with driving with a suspended license. Razee posted $250 bail for a June 25 court appearance.
