Local Realtor Earns ABR Designation

Pat Linnell, Broker-Owner of Linnell Real Estate Sandy Hook has announced that Janine Schoeni has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, Inc (REBAC) of the National Association Of Realtors (NAR).

Ms Schoeni was required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.

“Janine is definitely buyer-oriented. She knows how to really listen when counseling a buyer. This designation affirms her dedication to professionalism in this regard,” Ms Linnell said.
