Cindy Miller and Jim Kyle of Troutville, Va., and formerly of Newtown, purchased a home at 53 Sky Meadow Road in Bethlehem from Gary and Cynthia J. Tilbe.

Cathy Masi of Flagpole Realty, Inc sold the property, which was listed by Timothy Drakeley of Joyce Drakeley Real Estate in Woodbury.
