Coldwell Banker Receives International Relocation Honors
RIDGEFIELD â Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut has received the Cartus Broker Network Masters Cup, the most prestigious industry award bestowed by the Cartus Broker Network, the nationâs leading real estate referral network.
The Cartus Broker Network Masters Cup is presented annually to a brokerage in the network that has demonstrated exceptional quality standards, and outstanding service and metrics in the following key areas: marketing of inventory properties, sales and service on Cartusâs destination business, sales and service on Cartusâs Affinity business, broker-to-broker referrals, and the cross-marketing and selling of Cartus properties.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut was also named to the 2011 Platinum Club. The Platinum Club honor is one of three excellence awards presented to principal brokers. Only 13 percent of the Networkâs 425 principal brokers received excellence awards for 2010. Recognition is based on 2010 performance results related to a wide variety of key goals.

Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., and George Conrad, Connecticut regional relocation manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Relocation Services, accepted the awards at the 2011 Cartus Broker Network International Conference in Scottsdale, Ariz.
