Counting On Each Other
Counting On Each Other
To the Editor:
âUnited We Stand.â I donât know how, but it seems that many citizens of this country have forgotten the importance of those three simple words. Pointing fingers, placing blame, and concern for individual needs has gotten in the way.
We are still the greatest country in the world. The American Dream is still alive, just on life support. But if we canât get past the need to pick apart every decision by our leaders, and forgive the mistakes of past leaders we will never move forward and become an even greater America. So letâs stop counting old votes and instead start counting on each other, and we will all succeed.
