WESTWOOD, N.J. â The 13th annual Antiques in the Park show will be held at Veterans Park, Broadway, on Sunday, August 26, from 10 am to 5 pm, rain or shine. This quality event is held once a year and is a free admission show. Thousands attend each year. The show is promoted by P.J.âs Promotions and sponsored by the Westwood Heritage Society.
Seventy dealers from three states will be participating at this diversified show with a variety of items. Doug Schmitt, Suzie Strazenbach, Russ Frayko and Ed Michinski, will be displaying oak, formal and country furniture. Stephen Zussman will be exhibiting a large collection of vintage postcards. Art Finkel will be showing European posters and Carol Brown and Marguerite Morgan will be displaying linens and textiles.
Costume and estate jewelry will be shown by Cookie Astringer, Rita Anderson, Marge McKinley and Linda Rossi. Country store items wqill be exhibited by Barbara Lightbody and Joanne Feinberg, and Neal Blum will be showing china, glass and Civil War relics. Joan Greenberg will have a booth of country cottage furniture and accessories. Natalie Greisberg will be showing art pottery, quilts, Staffordshire and Ledouxâs antique buttons and pottery.
Mike Khantzian will display military items and vintage paper, while Jon Kugelman will bring vintage framed prints and kitchen collectibles. David Lowe will bring framed cigarette cards and Ralph Pellerito will have country furniture and general store items on display. Lee Williams will be exhibiting a collection of yellowware, stoneware and other country items. John Clark will be doing appraisals for $3 an item during the show.
