Catherine Ann Charles

Beloved Mother

Catherine Ann Charles, 85, died January 5 in Marietta, Ga.  Born Georgiana Fletcher in Sault Ste Marie, Mich., July 17, 1923, she was adopted in childhood by Boadicea and Vernon Aikins.

Survivors include a daughter, Amy Charles and her fiancé, Joe Pratt, of Newtown.

Mrs Charles and her husband, Fred, were former residents of Newtown, and retired to Sanford, N.C., in 1983

A memorial service will be held this spring in Sault Ste Marie.
