Agent Returns To Her Roots
Agent Returns To Her Roots
Adele Unger, manager of the William Pitt Sothebyâs International Realtyâs Newtown Brokerage, is thrilled to welcome Karen Michel, ABR, back to William Pitt Sothebyâs International Realty, and to her team. âKaren began her real estate career in 2000 at the Newtown William Pitt office, where she was awarded Rookie of the Year. Since then, Karen has been a consistent local and national award-winning top producer. Karen is experienced in all aspects of real estate and boasts a reputation for being an excellent negotiator. She prides herself on her white glove customer service. Her clients become her family and they are treated as such,â said Ms Unger.
Prior to real estate, Ms Michel enjoyed a nearly 30-year career with the New York City Board of Education as a teacher, a school psychologist, and eventually as an administrator for the Division of Special Education in the Bronx. She strongly believes this background strengthened her listening and patience skills as well as a warm, friendly, and supportive attitude. Having a research background also enhances her ability to be an excellent resource for information. Beginning with her first year in real estate, her clients have returned when they are ready to move up, downsize, or when planning renovations, in addition to recommending her to friends, family, and business associates.
Ms Michel can be reached at the William Pitt Sothebyâs International Realty Newtown Brokerage at 34 Church Hill Road, 203-270-6004, extension 319 or 203-948-4962, or e-mail kmichel@wpsir.com.
