BRANDYWINE RIVER MUSEUM TO OFFER HARVEST MARKET, FREE SUNDAY MORNINGS

CHADDS FORD, PENN. — The Brandywine River Museum will offer free Sunday mornings in September.

Free museum admission from 9:30 am to noon includes:

*Self-guided tours of the museum’s celebrated collection of American art including works by N.C. Wyeth, Andrew Wyeth and Jamie Wyeth

*Fall Harvest Market in the museum courtyard, featuring hand-crafted items and giftware

*Rent one audio tour and get one free

*New annual family memberships to the Brandywine River Museum offered at $15 off the regular price

Dates will be September 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30.

Regional artisans will showcase their crafts at the museum’s annual Fall Harvest Market. On a rotating basis, the weekend market will include handcrafted items and giftware such as handwoven scarves and sweaters, wooden boxes, quilted fabric items, specialty dolls and more.

The Fall Harvest Market will be held Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm beginning September 15 and 16, and continuing through November 3 and 4.
