Joan Briglia Achieves ABR Designation
Joan Briglia of Bob Tendler Real Estate has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyerâs Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Ms Briglia joins more than 12,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation. The requirements for this coveted designation included a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation, and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
She is affiliated with Bob Tendler Real Estate in Newtown, CT and also a member of the Newtown Board of Realtors, CT Assn of Realtors, the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service, and System I Real Estate Network.
REBAC was founded in 1988 and currently has more than 21,000 members in North America. The National Association of Realtors is the nationâs largest professional trade association, representing nearly 720,000 members involved in all aspects of the real estate industry.
