Nancy Carlin Named Manager Of William Pitt Real Estate

Nancy Carlin has been named manager of William Pitt Real Estate’s Newtown office.

A Newtown resident, Ms Carlin was most recently a top producing sales agent with the company’s Fairfield office, a position she held since joining the firm in 1997.

In making the announcement, Paul Breunich and Casey Jones, managing partners of William Pitt, said, “Nancy brings with her a wealth of industry experience. In addition to being an award-winning agent, she has extensive management and sales expertise. We are delighted to welcome her as a member of our management team.”

Ms Carlin has been awarded her Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) certification and earned her Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Relocation Specialist designations. She achieved award-winning status in her first 12 months as an agent by generating significant referral business and executing successful home marketing strategies.

According to Ms Carlin, “William Pitt proved to be an excellent training ground for me as I developed my real estate career. An agent-driven company, William Pitt goes above and beyond in providing hands-on senior support and on-going professional educational opportunities for all its associates.”

Ms Carlin said she is excited about her new managerial role in Newtown, noting that the Newtown area is fast becoming one of the most coveted addresses in Fairfield County.

A member of the Newtown Board of Realtors, Ms Carlin serves as treasurer for the Southern Fairfield County Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors.

William Pitt opened its Newtown office at 13 Church Hill Road in 1997.

Founded in 1949, William Pitt Real Estate, headquartered in Stamford, manages an annual portfolio of more than $1.3 billion with 360 brokers in 17 offices throughout southwestern Connecticut. It is an independently owned full service real estate company with commercial, residential, insurance, mortgage services, relocation, luxury home, and new construction divisions.
