Stinson Joins Coldwell Banker

Frank D’Ostilio, sales manager of Coldwell Banker, Newtown office, has announced that Jill Stinson has joined his team.

Ms Stinson was raised in Newtown, where her parents still reside. She graduated from Newtown High School and upon graduation, attended Central Connecticut State University. Her husband, Andrew Stinson, is a Newtown police officer and the K-9 handler for Baro. They have one child, Andrew, who is 10 months old.

Ms Stinson was formerly the on-site property manager for Stoneridge at Fairfield, a newly constructed luxury condominium complex in Fairfield.

Prior to real estate, Ms Stinson worked for the State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families. She covered the greater Danbury area and is very familiar with the region.

Jill lives in Watertown with her family and will serve Newtown, and the surrounding towns as well as Watertown.
