Mr And Mrs James West

Patricia Kirrane and James West were joined in marriage on May 26 at St Rose of Lima, Newtown, with the Rev Robert Weiss officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Thomas and Sarah Kirrane of Sandy Hook.

The groom is the son of Robert and Nadia West of Glastonbury.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Mary Worster, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor.

The bridesmaids were Tina Colangelo of Torrington, Jennifer Burgess of Minersville, Penn., Julia Logan of Glastonbury, Jeannette Kirrane of Danbury, and Paula Fehlinger of Zionsville, Penn.

Lawrence Turley of Uncasville was best man.

The ushers were Christopher Dupont of Manchester, Scott Callaghan of Manchester, Edward Bagot of Glastonbury, Christopher Atwood of Rocky Hill, Daniel Seaman of Marlborough, Thomas Kirrane, Jr, of Danbury, and John Kirrane of Newtown.

Katie Kirrane of Newtown was junior bridesmaid, and Anton West of Hebron was junior usher. The flower girl was Mikayla DiNatale of Glastonbury, and the ring bearer was Patrick Worster of Danbury.

The bride graduated from Newtown High School in 1991 and from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Penn., with a bachelor of arts in elementary education. She is a second grade teacher with the Glastonbury Public Schools.

The groom graduated from Glastonbury High School in 1991 and Manchester Community College in Manchester. He is a business systems user specialist for ING-Aetna Financial Services.

The reception was held at the Sheraton Hotel in Waterbury.

Following a wedding trip to Hawaii, Mr and Mrs West are residing in East Hampton.
