Of Crafts In Brookfield
BROOKFIELD â Stacey Olszewski of Newtown is the director of this yearâs 16th Annual Festival of Crafts sponsored by the Brookfield Museum and Historical Society. This yearâs festival will take place on Saturday, November 3, from 9 am to 4 pm.
The wares of more than sixty juried vendors will be on sale during the upcoming event, to be presented at Whisconier Middle School on West Whisconier Road (off Route 25).
The unusual and mostly handmade products will cover a wide range of selections. Among the many items on sale will be jewelry, decorative pieces, pottery, personal use items, folk, photographic and fine art selections. Furniture, cards, floral displays, clothing, assorted holiday treasures, edible delicacies, glass and wood crafts, toys and a host of diverse choices that can be bought as gifts or for home use.
Admission for adults is $5 or $4 with a coupon that will appear on the Brookfield Museum and Historical Societyâs website, BrookfieldCTHistory.org. Children 12 and under enter free. Food and refreshments will be available for attendees.
