Village Farmers Market Open

The Sandy Hook Village Farmers Market has opened for the season.

Local growers are in the parking lot of Sandy Hook Village Park, at 5 Glen Road (near the intersection with Church Hill Road), each Sunday from 9 am until 1 pm.

Each week’s market offers flowers, fruits and vegetables from local farmers, plus baked goods and nutritional seminars. A seafood vendor also sets up most weeks. Monthly family activities are also planned.
