Egea L. Logan, 82, of Fairfield, beloved wife of the late Robert W. Logan, died June 20 at Waterbury Hospital. Born in Bridgeport, the daughter of Stefano and Pasqua Dolci, she had been a Fairfield resident for 50 years.

Survivors include two sons, Curt F. Logan and his wife, Michele, of  Newtown and Robert S. Logan and his wife, Debra, of Torrington; five grandchildren, Stephanie, Jillian, Meghan, Robert, and Kelly; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs Logan was retired from Fairfield University, where she was a faculty secretary for more than 32 years. A talented musician, she excelled at playing both the accordion and organ, and in her earlier years performed at several local night clubs. Mrs Logan was involved in many charitable endeavors, including providing groceries for the needy throughout the community. She was a parishioner of St Pius X Church in Fairfield.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on June 24 at St Pius X Church, Fairfield. Interment followed in Lawncroft Cemetery, Fairfield.
