Dealing With Grief

The Danbury chapter of The Compassionate Friends (TCF), a grief support group for families who have experienced the death of a child, will meet Tuesday, September 18, at 7 pm at the Danbury United Methodist Church on Clapboard Ridge Road (Route 39 – Exit 5 off I-84).

“Dealing with Grief Constructively” will be the discussion topic for the group’s September 18 meeting.

The group meets the third Tuesday of every month. The Danbury TCF is part of the national support group for parents, grandparents, and adult siblings who have experienced the death of a child. For more information about the group and its meetings, call 203-270-7954 or 203-743-5613.

The grief support group’s next monthly meeting will be Tuesday, October 16. The meeting topic will be “How Death Affects Family Relations.”
