Hats Off To The Band

To the Editor:

We want to congratulate the Newtown High School Marching Band’s accomplishments this year. Once again, they have proven that through their hard work and dedication that they are the number one, class four marching band in Connecticut for the third year in a row.

The Newtown High School Marching Band is one of the most wonderful programs. To see the growth and determination of the younger members and the camaraderie among the entire band is so gratifying.

We know if anyone is thinking about joining the marching band it will be a life experience that they will never forget.

We are so proud of our son, Christopher, and of all the members of the Newtown High School Marching Band. Our hats are off to all of you!
