Stephen John McKinley

Greatly loved Husband And Father

Stephen John McKinley, 73, beloved husband of Ellen McKinley of Naples, Fla., died suddenly at his residence, January 24. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., the son of Jean V. and John S. McKinley.

In addition to his wife of 52 years, he is survived by his five sons, including Kerry McKinley, and his wife Brenda, of Newtown; and 12 grandchildren.

Mr McKinley graduated with high honors from Manhattan Aviation High School and then the Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute. He spent most of his career at the Perkin-Elmer Corporation and Hughes Danbury Optical, managing the design and drafting group. He retired from the Lorad Corporation in Danbury.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St Marguerite Bourgeoys Roman Catholic Church, 138 Candlewood Lake Road, Brookfield, at 10 am, Saturday, February 26.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
