About 1:55 pm September 1, motorist Melissa Sorentino, 31, of 4 Surrey Trail was driving a 2000 GMC Yukon westward on Church Hill Road, police said.
At that time, motorist Benjamin Keeney, 51, of 16 Pepperidge Road, who was driving a 1994 Ford Ranger pickup truck, was stopped in a driveway at 47 Church Hill Road and was waiting to make a right turn onto westbound Church Hill Road, police said.
The Ford then began to make the turn and collided with the GMC, police said. Both drivers were wearing seat belts and neither person was injured, police said.
Police said they issued Keeney a written warning for failure to grant the right of way.

Three MV Charges
Police report that at about 1 pm September 5 they spotted an expired registration sticker on a vehicle on Washington Avenue, so they investigated.
Police said they charged motorist Gina Ahearn, 39, of 21 Dayton Street with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving while under suspension, and driving without automotive insurance.
Police released Ahearn on $100 bail for a September 15 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
Route 34
Police said they stopped motorist Sean Qualey, 20, of Seymour on Route 34 in Sandy Hook about 11:49 am on September 2 to investigate the registration status of the vehicle that Qualey was driving. Police then charged Qualey with driving an unregistered vehicle.
 Stephen Schwartz, 20, of Patterson, N.Y., who was a passenger in the vehicle, was arrested on charges of possession of less than four ounces of marijuana and third degree forgery, police said.
Schwartz was released on $100 bail for a September 16 court appearance, police said.
Monroe police and their police dog assisted in the investigation, Newtown police said.
Maple Drive Collision
Motorist Laura Ann Fralker, 37, of Bethel, who was driving a 1998 Buick Park Avenue, was backing onto Maple Drive from a driveway there about 9:14 am September 3, as motorist Maria Brocco, 66, of 4 Maple Drive, who was driving a 1997 Ford Escort, was traveling eastward on Maple Drive, police said.
The Buick and the Ford collided. There were no injuries. Police issued Fralker an infraction for unsafe backing.
Chrysler Vs Dodge
Police report a two-car accident on Toddy Hill Road, near Longview Road, about 9:30 am September 2.
Motorist Timothy Walsh, 21, of Danielson, who was driving a 1998 Dodge Neon, was stopped for traffic in the southbound lane of Toddy Hill Road in a single-lane construction zone, police said.
Southbound motorist Anthony Summo, Jr, 53, of 25 Housatonic Drive, who was driving a 2004 Chrysler Sebring, struck the Dodge from behind, police said.
 There were no injuries. Police gave Summo a written warning for following too closely.

Disorderly Conduct
Police report they responded to a Tanglewood Lane home in Sandy Hook early on the morning of September 4 in response to a report of a verbal altercation there.
Police said Phillip Cox, 27, of New Orleans, La., had become intoxicated and got involved in an argument with others. Police charged Cox with disorderly conduct. He is scheduled to appear in Danbury Superior Court on September 15 to answer the charge.
DUI Charge
Police report they stopped motorist John B. Gallo, 41, of Brookfield at the Citgo Friendly Service Station at 151 South Main Street about 8 pm September 7, for not having the rear marker plate on his vehicle illuminated.
After investigating, police charged Gallo with failure to have an illuminated rear marker plate, driving while under suspension, driving under the influence, and risk of injury to a minor. Police said a passenger in the vehicle was a minor.
After processing his arrest, police released Gallo on $500 bail for a September 28 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
