Rotary Raffle Is Super-Sized For The Super Bowl

 The Newtown Rotary Club is conducting its 2007 raffle, featuring two prizes. The first prize is a 58-inch Panasonic Plasma HDTV and a Panasonic Home Theater Surround Sound System.  The second prize is a 32-inch Vizio LCD HDTV.

The ticket price is $20 and raffle organizers say a maximum of 800 tickets will be sold. Ticket holders do not have to be present at the drawing to win.  The winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes.

The drawing date is Sunday, January 13, at 3 pm at the Newtown Country Club, 2 Country Club Road.
