Lorraine Barnard

Lorraine (Mooney) Barnard, 68, of Stratford, died on May 15, at St Vincent’s Medical Center, Bridgeport.

Mrs Barnard was born in Bridgeport, and also resided in Derby before moving to Stratford five years ago.

Survivors include a brother, James M. Mooney and his wife, Adele, of Newtown; a nephew, James Mooney of Newtown; a daughter, Regina Bobroske and her husband, Ted, of Easton; two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Teddy Bobroske; two nieces, Adele McCarthy of Roxbury and Kathleen Mooney of Milford; and many dear friends.

Funeral services were held on May 19 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 160 Hill Farm Road, Fairfield, with the Rev Tim Yeadon officiating. Interment followed at St Michael’s Cemetery, Stratford.
