BALTIMORE, MD. â The Baltimore Museum of Art will present a free lecture, âIn Person and in Print: Viewing Ancient Sculpture in Eighteenth Century Rome,â Wednesday, November 14, at 5 pm.
Jeffrey Collins, professor of Seventeenth and Eighteenth Century art and visual culture at The Bard Graduate Center in New York, celebrates the opening of the Johns Hopkins University student-curated exhibition, âPrinted Sculpture/Sculpted Prints.â A reception and student-led tours of the show will follow the lecture.
This program is presented by the Program in Museums & Society, Department of Classics, and Department of the History of Art at The Johns Hopkins University, and The Baltimore Museum of Art.
