Hand-Crafted Swing, Saturday Night

NEW MILFORD — Merryall Center for the Arts will host Hand-Crafted Swing in concert on Saturday, July 15, at 8:30 pm.

The duo of Judy Handler and Mark Levesque combines the talents of two accomplished guitarists to present programs that are fun and entertaining. Their repertoire includes swing tunes from all eras of jazz music, Brazilian bossa novas, blues and ballads.

Ms Handler and Mr Levesque create unique arrangements by drawing on their diverse backgrounds and many years of experience. They perform on nylon-string classical guitars that are gently amplified to create a warm, intimate sound. Hand-Crafted Swing has been featured at receptions, special events, dinners, luncheons and coffeehouses.
