Newtown Savings Bank was recently recognized for being number one in customer service by Customer Service Profiles (CSP), an industry leader in providing research services to the financial services industry. The bank has launched the new “Onederful” campaign in celebration of the favorable customer service ratings.

CSP administers a customer-based mystery shopping program for Newtown Savings Bank that utilizes the bank’s own customers to evaluate the customer experience.
